South African House Music Producer & Disc Jockey, The Real Prechly, has teamed up with Nigerian wordsmith, Shallipopi, to release a fantastic new song titled “A Collision Of Two Worlds 2.0”. The track also features Dj Guti BPM and DJ Lux, who add their own flair to the mix.
The song is a fusion of Afrobeat and House Music, two genres that have a lot in common but also differ in many ways. Afrobeat is a style of music that originated in West Africa, influenced by jazz, funk, highlife, and traditional rhythms. House Music is a genre of electronic dance music that emerged in Chicago in the late 1980s, characterized by a four-on-the-floor beat, synthesizers, and soulful vocals.
